1. What TypZoo Is

TypZoo is a browser-based collection of learning activities: Keyboard Training, Mouse Training, and Computer Training (AnimalOS). The core lessons are free; an optional premium tier adds ad-free play plus bonus games and lessons. It is designed for children and intended to be used with the awareness of a parent or guardian.

2. Who May Use TypZoo

Anyone may play TypZoo. Children should use TypZoo with a parent or guardian's permission. Features that involve personal information — like Google Sign-in for cross-device sync — are intended for parents and guardians only, and are protected by an adult-verification step.

3. Accounts and Progress

• No account is required — game progress is saved in your browser by default.
• A parent or guardian may optionally sign in with Google to sync progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• We may remove or reset data that we reasonably believe was created abusively (for example, automated traffic or attempts to manipulate scores).

4. Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or other players;
• use bots, scripts, or other automation to play games or submit scores;
• attempt to access other users' data or our systems without authorization;
• copy, scrape, or republish TypZoo's content at scale.

5. Our Content

The games, lessons, word banks, artwork, characters, and code on TypZoo are owned by TypZoo or used under license, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them through the website for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not resell or redistribute them.

6. Privacy

How we handle information — including the specific protections for children required by COPPA — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Free Service, No Warranty

TypZoo is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep it fun, safe, and reliable, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TypZoo and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

9. Termination

You may stop using TypZoo at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms or uses the service abusively.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, where TypZoo's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of TypZoo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
