A friendly little zoo where kids build real keyboard, mouse, and computer skills — one playful level at a time. Built for kids, great for the whole family.
Hi — I'm a dad and a former Netflix engineer. I built TypZoo so my own kids could grow up with a strong foundation for technology: comfortable on a keyboard, confident with a mouse, and at home in front of a computer.
Once it worked for my kids, keeping it to ourselves felt wrong. So TypZoo is open to everyone — because every kid deserves the same chance to build that foundation.
TypZoo runs on a simple idea: the foundational computer skills children need — touch typing, mouse control, and getting comfortable with a desktop — are best learned through play, not drills.
And we cheer for effort, not just milestones. Showing up, trying again after a tough level, and keeping a streak alive earn just as much applause as a perfect score. Kids keep coming back because it's fun; the skills come along for the ride.
